Most of what I do these days are for private events so I usually am not posting here about these jobs, but this last month I have been working with some of my favorite organizations in Warren County, OH.

The first Wednesday in May I was grateful to be included in celebrating again the teachers in Warren County at the Warren County Teachers Excellence Awards. Honoring 19 exceptional teachers from across the county.

Then into June for the Warren County Community Service Awards, honoring Six distinguished individuals and businesses.

And yesterday Warren County celebrated Joseph Warren with a bronze Statue dedication in front of the Harmon Museum in Lebanon , OH.

What a month of inspirational events!!!

I had the honor this weekend of photographing the US Marine’s Reunion of the 2/3 Golf Co. - those serving from 2004-2013.
To witness the bonds and relationships between these men and to see the pride and excitement as they introducd their families to their Marine brothers was quite moving. But likely best put by one of the wives... “I’m just having fun watching him have fun!”
A weekend of support, remembrance, family and fun! Many thanks goes to Dean Harshman for organizing this weekend!

Ok our High School and College Seniors are Graduating!! 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓📸
As an extension of the Front Porch Project I am offering to photograph your Graduate in exchange for a donation of any size to the Inter Parish Ministry. IPM is a non profit group located in Newtown, Ohio and they have been giving back to the surrounding communities through this difficult Covid19 shut down.
I’ve had several Turpin, Anderson and University of Cincinnati Grads schedule their sessions. The “Front Porch Project”
& “2020 Graduates”

Hi, I’ve been photographing since I was a kid. I operated a successful Event, Portrait, and Animal Photography service for years. As the digital technology took over I accepted a job position outside of the field. I’ve kept up with the digital changes and have continued to work with several community service events, but I miss working with my clients to create images that mean so much to them and their families.

During this time of Covid 19 I have become aware of a wonderful community support event called “The Front Porch Project” I saw a video by Cara Soulia, one of the co-founders, & I think this would be great to do in my neighborhood.
The idea is for families to come together on the front porch for a quick, but sweet family photo. I will photograph you from a distance taking about 10 shots. I will edit these and email the best to you. There is no photo fee for the portrait instead I am asking for families to support our community by making a charitable donation to the Interparish Ministries here in Newtown, Ohio.

All appointments to be made with Melissa Kneipp. Photo shoots are typically done through the week. Please send me a personal message via Facebook for a time slot. These are for single family households only. Please, we can make a future date for extended family sessions.
