~Superstition Mountains and Beyond~
A visit to my brothers in Phoenix always has some special surprises.
This was one of those trips. Watch out for the Jumping Cholla (Cylindropuntia fulgida) they can seem to jump out and get you! Yes it got me! Ouch!

Day two of recent (last three years) images close to home. All within 8 miles of my drive. Some of theses skies were just unreal and nearly unbelievable. I have never used Ai before but I can image that some may think I have. Nope, all just Canon gear and me walking the path to sunrises. Have a wonderful day! I was reminded yesterday, by my friend Dotty Weber , of how wonderful it is that I live just moments from an amazing area that includes wondrous and endless possibilities of Mount Hood Sunrises. Here are some sprinkles from the last three years at one of my favorite spots just 8 minutes from home. I wander around this area so much thru the years that I have found to love and hold on to. It brings so much peace (and excitement) to my heart!

Yes, sunflower season has been over for a week or so, but for a photographer, no season is really over until your last images have been processed / edited and that can be months or even years to accomplish.
