A year ago today, I got to spend the day with McKenzie & Dean, capturing their wedding. Today, I get to share a little of it all over again. 🤍

There’s something really sweet about these photos becoming a little more special as time goes on. Suddenly your wedding day was a year ago, and all those moments you were so excited for are memories you get to keep coming back to.

Finally getting around to posting Vance’s senior photos!!

It’s honestly a little crazy to think I’m taking his senior pictures after years of working with his mom, Ronda, and randomly being the one to go pick him up from soccer practice here and there.

I’ve gotten to watch Vance grow up over the years, and now he’s turning into such a genuinely great young man. It’s pretty special getting to be the one behind the camera for this season of his life.

Still not sure how we got to senior year this fast, but here we are.

There are some people who are just genuinely so sweet, and Brooke is absolutely one of them.

She is truly just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Getting to spend the evening with her for her senior photos made that even more obvious, and I’m so glad I got to know her a little more along the way.

Brooke, you are such a light, and I’m so excited to see where this next season of life takes you.

Okay, talk about a FULL CIRCLE moment. 🥹

A year and a half ago, I was taking Lauren + David’s maternity photos while they were waiting to meet little Jade. And now, I got to photograph their wedding with Jade right there alongside them. 🤍

The sweetest little day at the cutest little chapel, and definitely one of those moments that feels a little bittersweet when I think about how much life has changed since I first photographed them.

Getting to be there for different seasons of people’s lives, and getting to watch their families grow along the way, will forever be one of my favorite parts of what I do.

I don’t think six years ago I ever would’ve guessed that one day I’d be the one taking Vaughn’s senior pictures, but I’m so glad I am.

Getting to watch her grow up over the years and now getting to capture such a big milestone for her makes this one that much sweeter. I absolutely adore this girl and I’m so proud of her. 🤍
