UPDATE 1 p.m.: According to CPD, the attic had a ladder that was attached on the wall and lead up into the attic door. The ladder does not retract at all. Unfortunately, due to the amount of HVAC equipment in the attic, it was difficult to see Tyler from the very beginning. The amount of insulation, ductwork, wires, and the HVAC itself was obstructing the view from the attic door. Sergeant Spatula and Detective D. Smith decided to check the attic deeper than what was searched previously. They found Tyler tucked away between the rafters farthest away from the entrance. He was difficult to locate and it wasn’t until Det. Smith was right there on top of Tyler that he saw him. Tyler was evaluated in the hospital and then released at approximately 1:30 a.m. and is doing well. CPD had assistance from the following agencies and organizations:
* Clarksville Police Department

🚨6/2/26: Missing Child Found after 8 hours in Multi-Agency Search🚨
Clarksville, Tenn. - Multiple agencies were searching for a missing 3-year-old boy in the area of Aurelia Lynn Drive. The boy, Tyler Hall, was last seen at his home at 11:30 a.m. by his foster mother. CPD immediately responded to the area to search for Tyler. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Hopkinsville Police, TBI, and other surrounding agencies lend a hand in the search.
Neighbors in the area were also assisting in searching on foot in the surrounding yards and woods. Later, law enforcement announced that the public should stay away as K-9 units were being deployed to search for a scent trail. Agencies also deployed drones, UTVs, and a helicopter to search in the area. Search efforts continued through the day into the evening. Both grid and line searches were conducted by law enforcement.
At approximately 7:45 p.m., Tyler was found in the attic of his own home, safe and unharmed. Montgomery County EMS were on standby at the command post at 430 Lafayette Road. The ambulance was called to the home and Tyler was taken into the ambulance for on scene treatment. Soon after, MCEMS transported him to Vanderbilt Clarksville for further evaluation as a safety precaution. The search concluded and officers arrived to the home to investigate further. No additional information was available at this time.
