A cool May afternoon in the Cascades, surrounded by alpine wildflowers, mountain air, and the people who matter most.

This beautiful family came together to celebrate a special birthday, and they gave her the surprise she truly wanted. It wasn’t wrapped in a box… it was time with her family and photos to remember it forever.

There’s something so special about multiple generations gathered together, the laughter, the stories, the hugs between photos, and the quiet moments in between. These are the memories that become treasures over time.

What a beautiful way to celebrate a life so loved. ❤️

CERHS Class of 2027 ✨

Watching your kid step into their senior year era is something special. Ash is already paving such an incredible path with big dreams, a kind heart, and the determination to make them happen. From being a stellar student and an amazing friend to setting goals for the future that are as strong as they are, I couldn’t be more proud.

Recently touring colleges and hearing about plans for civil engineering made this season feel even more real. There are so many opportunities ahead, and it’s exciting knowing Ash has the drive and ambition to go wherever life leads.

These photos capture such a meaningful in-between season, still my kid, but also becoming the incredible adult they’re meant to be. Senior year is going to be one unforgettable adventure. 🤍

There’s something so special about welcoming your very first baby into the world, and getting to capture these moments surrounded by the beauty of spring in the mountains made it even more magical. The river flowing beside us, the soft spring light, and two parents completely in love with their brand new baby boy… moments like these are why I do what I do.

Your lives changed forever the moment he arrived, and this little guy is already so deeply loved.

Upper County is full of talent, and one of my favorite local voices to photograph is the incredibly talented 🎶✨

There’s something special about live music in our small mountain towns, gathering with friends, supporting local restaurants, and listening to musicians who pour their heart into every performance. Jodi brings that kind of magic everywhere she plays.

You can catch her throughout the week at different local spots around Upper County, bringing the perfect soundtrack to your evening while also supporting our amazing local eateries and businesses.

This session was more than just family photos, it was a celebration of determination, resilience, and one incredible milestone. ✨

After lots of hard work, long days, and showing up even when it wasn’t easy, Mom did it, she graduated. And what better way to celebrate than surrounded by the people who supported her every step of the way.

We started the evening with a bonfire, watching old assignments turn to ash, letting go of the stress, the long nights, and everything it took to get here. What remained? Pride, strength, and a future wide open.

Cold air, rosy cheeks, and everyone finally in one place ❄️
There’s something extra special about an extended family session on a winter morning…quiet, crisp, and full of those cozy inbetween moments. Layers bundled tight, lots of laughter to stay warm, and memories made that will last long after the frost melts.

Winter sessions may be chilly, but the love always shows up to keep everyone warm.

This maternity session was made even sweeter by their shy little girl, who stayed snuggled up close for most of the time, content, cozy, and quietly taking it all in. The soft snowfall, still ponds, and muted winter tones created the most peaceful backdrop for this season of waiting.

So much tenderness, warmth, and love in these simple, snowy moments as this family prepares to grow.

A hush of falling snow, a glow of winter light, and the people who matter most. 🤍
This intimate Christmas wedding felt like a snow globe come to life, soft flakes drifting outside while vows were exchanged inside, wrapped in warmth, love, and family. A reminder that the most beautiful celebrations are often the simplest ones, shared closely and intentionally during the most magical time of year.
