61 years married 🤍

My grandparents celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on June 5th and we celebrated them with this photoshoot ! My grandma was as giddy as I imagine she was when she was 20 on her wedding day ! 🩷

Even as a kid, they were my role models for love and have always been the gold standard of what a good marriage looks like. They are inspirational to everyone around them, with their deep love and compassion for each other- they truly show what a marriage centered on Christ looks like ! I am so proud to have them as my grandparents !

Although their bodies look different and their minds are growing weary, their love is as strong as the day they got married ! I pray my marriage is just as strong and lengthy and that we can celebrate many more anniversaries with our original Love Birds ! 🥂

The Gertken Family 💚

Almost 2 years ago we did this for Greyson, and here we are again with baby #2 ! Greyson definitely gave that full toddler energy during this session and it was perfect-making faces and having no desire to sit still ! I love this special family and I cannot wait to see who baby #2 is ! 💚
