Some weddings are beautiful for a day.
Some feel timeless forever. ✨

There’s something different about photographing weddings in historic spaces — the texture of the walls, the candlelight against old architecture, the feeling that generations of stories have already lived there before this one. 🕯️🤍

What we’re always chasing isn’t just “pretty.”
It’s emotion. Atmosphere. Movement. The feeling you get when you look back years later and can still remember exactly what the air felt like that night. 🥹

Because trends change.

Emma and Michael 🥹🤍

These two have been together since they were 16 years old… TEN years. Which honestly made this wedding feel less like two families coming together and more like everyone was already family long before the wedding day even started. 🫶

There was something really emotional about watching people celebrate them because every person in the room has watched their story unfold for years. The speeches, the hugs, the way everyone looked at them all day — you could feel how deeply loved they are.

And New College was the perfect setting for it all. The historic architecture, the trees, the light coming off the water at sunset… it felt timeless in the best way. ✨

One of those weddings where nothing felt forced. Just two people who grew up together, chose each other again and again, and finally got to celebrate that surrounded by all the people who helped shape their story. 🤍

Still not over these sneaks for Emma + Michael.

For some couples, it’s a downtown date night, for some couples it’s sunset at the beach, for some it’s a beautiful evening in nature

For us, we love the variety and getting to know you and what you love prior to your wedding day

A note: a quick list of things you should save in a shoebox for your photographer on your wedding day

Save the date
And envelope addressed to a family member no longer with us
Vintage postage
All three ring rings and your ring box
Your wedding day jewelry
A bit of ribbon used elsewhere in your wedding decor
Your grandmother’s handkerchief
Your shoes
Your vow books
A handwritten note to your significant other

Number three is one most people don’t think I’ve, but if you have a grandparent or someone you would like to commemorate, address one envelope to them as a nod to your heritage

Give yourself time for the moments you want to remember.

Invite the people who you love most in the whole world.
