Wishing everyone a Happy and Safe Memorial Day weekend. The center cover photo on this timeline is courtesy of a friend's (Karen Dubeck Hickey) daughter - Shannon Hickey Damico.

This is a picture of Shannon's daughter and her grandfather. He served in WWII as a marine and received many decorations including the Purple Heart. He was also the originator of the Memorial Parade in a section of Philadelphia called Bridesburg. The parade still continues to this day. He will not be able to attend the parade this year due to his health but he will be there in spirit. Thank you, Mr. Dubeck for your service.
