I'm hearing the air ships coming into Burke Lakefront Airport for this weekends airshow. So excited to see and hear the jets strafing the downtown buildings. Practice will start tomorrow so a free airshow during Walnut Wednesday food corral food truck lunch extravaganza!!

I was sad to see the Thai House Restaurant in Elyria close their doors this past April 2024.
I'm glad the Basil Leaf Thai Restaurant opened in the same space. I was there on June 1st 2024 for the soft opening. Glad to see the restaurant was busy with several tables and to go orders flying out of there. With a nice remodel of the space and new owners with a new modern menu. My favorite from the Thai House was the Panang Curry Chicken. This was my go to along with the Pad Thai. I went for the Panang Curry with Chicken and I asked for some extra heat. I was not disappointment with the panang curry chicken and the heat was spot on for my taste. If you're in Elyria or willing to make the trek, you will not be disappointed. Eat healthy and support local chef owned restaurants!

I want to thank everyone for the well wishes for my hatch day! Rock on everyone! Enjoy the Spring and plant your feet in the garden soil. Plant a Victory Garden and eat your natural grown veggies with out pesticides, radiated foods and Apeel, a forever chemical the FDA says it is safe on your produce.

Today was my Hobbit Birthday, food and drink for my friends, I met some buds in Grand River for beers at noon, belly laughs and good food. YEAH!! Reflecting on how grateful and appreciative I am for 64 and to my friends and family who are no longer on this 3rd rock from the sun, Sorry y'all can't share more laughs, food and a sun set. PEACE....
