Big news for North Coast Harbor! The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame just acquired the neighboring Harbor Verandas building from TurnDev to lock in site control for future expansion!

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Acquires Harbor Verandas for Long-Term Growth

Big news for North Coast Harbor! The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame just acquired the neighboring Harbor Verandas building from TurnDev to lock in site control for future expansion!

While current residential and retail operations will continue, acquiring this 50,000-square-foot property gives the Rock Hall a strategic footprint right along East 9th Street. As their ongoing $150M expansion fills the remaining space to the west toward the Science Center, this acquisition ensures Cleveland's iconic landmark has room to grow for decades to come.

Back in March 2018, Aerial Agents was above North Coast Harbor capturing the construction and concrete pour that started it all.

There is something so satisfying about the way Huron and Prospect carve through the city. This unique "forked" intersection gives us a double dose of Flatiron architecture right next to the Playhouse Square district. When a city grid collides at an acute angle, you get incredible urban design like this. Looking down Prospect Ave and Huron Rd, the diverging streets create a perfect "gore lot"—giving rise to the city's striking, wedge-shaped architecture.

1.2 million pounds of pure history rolling through Cleveland.

To celebrate America’s 250th birthday, the iconic Union Pacific Big Boy 4014—the world’s largest operating steam locomotive—is on a cross-country tour. Aerial Agents took the opportunity to frame this 1941 WWII-era legend with the best backdrop around.
