30 seconds of mindful breathing a day is better than sitting for an hour in meditation a week.

The that time to meaningfully breathe today.

Do red light breathing.
At a red light turn off the music and concentrate your breathe in for 4 hold for 2 and out for 4. Do that until the light turns green.
