I may or may not be tearing up while writing this…. Parker I still see you in your little footie pjs furniture walking through our house, I blinked and now you are a beautiful woman, friend and soon to be wife. You are beyond strong and courageous but so graceful and gentle at the same time.

And Brandon, our sweet honey b, I haven’t known you as long as I have Parker but every time I’ve needed ya, you are right there. You are one of the most dedicated, genuinely kind, and genuinely compassionate people I’ve ever met.

I have no doubt that you two are going to be a powerhouse of a married couple. I am so proud of you both, and I cannot wait to continue to be apart of your lives!!! Keep the love, keep the faith, and keep growing together. I love you both bunches 🫶🏻

Heavy. Heavy is the only word to describe it, and how heavy our hearts are.

24 years ago and one day ago will forever be ingrained on our minds and heart. Many people went to bed last night hugging their spouses a little tighter, thinking of the one woman who didn’t get to.

I’ve struggled to find any peace with this, trying to make it make sense and it just doesn’t. Well this morning Oakie was playing with books and flipped open the Bible and playing with the pages. As I started to pick it up I noticed the verse it was left open to. I hope that this gives a little comfort and peace to you as it has brought to me.

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.” -John 14:1-4

may we never forget Charlie Kirk, may we never forget the victims of 9/11, and may we never forget Iryna Zarutska.

this one’s extra special, a few months ago I spent a lot of time praying for this guy and that he would find a girl. but not just any girl, THE GIRL.

if you’re an older sibling particularly an older sister to a little brother you know how’s special they are. Clinton MobleyI am so beyond proud of the man you’ve turned into and the husband you are becoming.

and to our Karleigh Faulk I still am in awe of how fast God works. You my dear are an answer to a big sisters prayer. Thank you for loving my baby brother, thank you for being the woman that he has dreamed of, but more importantly prayed for. I can’t wait to see where life takes you together and you know you’re already like a sister!!

what’s popping peeps?!

I know it’s been a dang minute and an half so I figured I’d do a little recap on here to say I’M BACK!

these past few months have been wild and not the most enjoyable to be honest but we are getting a little better every day.

So what’s been happening?!
well… we found out in May that we will be having our second baby in January ❄️
Crazy maybe but we moved into camper to start a debt free life!
Oakie is all over the place, and dada is her favorite word, I know she’s going to be the coolest big sister🥹
Here recently I’m glued to a glucose monitor and insulin resisting pregnancy cravings. Thank you gestational diabetes 🤣
My hubby had a dream come true and got to see Willie Nelson in concert. 10/10 never miss a chance to see him, he was bad ass per the usual!🇺🇸
Along with him we saw Charles Wesley Godwin and Turnpike troubadours who were EPIC!!! Now I’m trying to talk my Logi into taking me to more concerts 😆

So all in all it’s been a wild ride but I’ve missed my camera, I’ve missed my clients, and I’ve missed being able to just be me for a bit sooooo I’m back, my books are open, I’m planning some fun sessions and I can’t wait to get back to it📸
