The name Bluewater Bound Photography was born from our love of the Southern Caribbean and our desire to be there. It is also important for me to help preserve our rural heritage, back home in Iowa, as well as all around this beautiful country we all share, that

seems to be disappearing more and more every day. We love capturing moments in time, just the way it was, on the day that we were there. Now, living in beautiful Wyoming, I want to share our travels from our family farm in Iowa, to all around this big beautiful world of ours. We are able to present it to you, as we see it through our lens. Photography is in a way, time travel for the soul, it allows you to go back to a very specific moment now frozen in time and experience all the emotions captured in that moment, even if you have never been there. As it has been said, "a picture is worth a thousand words", however, I challenge you to evoke the same emotions viewing some of the great photos of this world in a mere thousand words. Some things however, are just beyond words, a loved one that has passed. There are no amount of words that can bring out the same emotions felt when viewing a photograph of that passed loved one. It is as if they are frozen in time forever, never to be forgotten. Photography helps tell a story and this is ours. We are excited to share our passion with you, we hope you enjoy. When where you live is so beautiful, even the pheasants sit and try to take it all in.

I looked out the window and seen our resident pheasant enjoying the view on our hill.

He is back today, adding a nice contrast of color against the muted winter grounds. They are calling for several inches of snow here tomorrow, so he will really be a sight against the beautiful white snow.

I do love listening to his shameless crow screech out while he proudly struts around bringing the wild, to our Wild and Free, Cody Wyhoming☕️🤠

We went out and watched this big, beautiful moon rise up over the mountains tonight. We captured a couple cell phone shots off the deck here at our ranch in Wild and Free, Cody Wyhoming. Nothing high quality, however it's beautiful nonetheless☕️🤳

It's always a great time with our friends at The Cody Cattle Company. Sold out show and the crowd had the mood lights glowing when Marv Short breaks out his Saxophone🎷

The Cul-de-sac Cowboys and Greg Pendley played a fantastic after show on the lawn at the Elks last night. Catch them at the Colonel this Friday in Wild and Free, Cody Wyoming.
