Hey there! I am excited you’re here and reading this post. Give me a follow if you are local to north Idaho, want to see cool photos of humans and nature, and behind the scenes in photoshoots (especially if you’re a photographer, think of the behind the scenes for a way to learn new prompts).

If you’ve been here for a while, I’m so grateful you’re still here! 🙏🏽

In 2023, I got engaged, was planning my wedding, and my real estate career really started taking off (follow for all things real estate) and I felt like I needed to close photography. I knew deep down, I wasn’t done for good.

So now, I’m back, in a new place and so excited to meet some new clients! And I hope we become friends 🫶🏽

Hi all! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here. Over the last few years I took a step back from my photography business to focus on my real estate business (). Especially last year, I thought a lot about what I wanted my photo business to look like.

At first, it started off with no more weddings and only doing lifestyle photoshoots. Then I got even busier with real estate last year and could easily see that’s where my passion went to.

So, it’s a little saddening yet exhilarating to say the business of Taylor Alton Photography is officially closed to the public. In the future I may offer mini sessions to my past clients but right now Taylor Alton Photography is solely going to be sharing the adventures I take and capture. Photography has always been a love of mine but I have found that capturing landscape and the random moments is what I’ve learned to enjoy most.

I hope you stick around to see the photos I will still share!

I want to thank all of my clients from the beginning to the end. Im so grateful to have met so many wonderful folks throughout the years. I learned a LOT within that time frame too.

With that said, currently I’m considering selling all of my Nikon gear (Nikon z6 + lens) and switching it out with a different brand. Which I’m still trying to figure out what will be best for my “goal”. If you are interested in my gear, let me know! Everything is like brand new, very well taken care of, and I’ve never had any issues with any of it.

What a surreal evening. Today/tonight was the last wedding for Taylor Alton Photography.

Over the last 4+ years doing weddings, I’ve been blessed with so many wonderful couples trusting me to be apart of their big day. It has been an absolute honor and privilege.

I’m not sure what’s to come just yet because I’m not ending this passion of mine. With that said, I can say that traditional weddings are not in my business future.
