KNP Photography Every day may not be good, but there is good in every day. From landscapes and nature to animals, children, and special moments in life.

As I have grown older and matured, I have come to appreciate all that this beautiful life has to offer. We are only given one life to live, and capturing the beauty of it makes it worth living.

I want to help you capture your special moments. Formal photos for work, candid photos for just because, maternity, babies, family, pets, birthdays, portraits, flowers, homes...possibilities are endless!

We do draw the line with nudity and other inappropriateness. Although they may be low, I still have standards. =)

Life isn't meant to be serious all the time. Laughing good for the soul, so let's do more of it... even if it is at our expense.

Friends: I have somebody who needs help with rehoming their fur baby.
Pup is roughly 1-year-old
Mastiff mix
Tall and lanky.
tons of energy

I will be taking her for a couple days as she and the original pup are not getting along.

I have another dog coming on the 22nd, so I am looking for help for that day/night or if you're willing to open up your home to this girl, please let me know.

Did you know road salt is polluting our drinking water?
Once salt is in the environment it doesn’t go away. It ends up in our lakes, rivers, streams and wetlands. Chloride from salt degrades freshwater ecosystems. It only takes 1 teaspoon of salt to pollute 5 gallons of water to a level that is toxic to native aquatic organisms!

What can be done about it?
The City of Menomonie started implementing salt brine for pre-wetting and anti-icing in 2015. Salt brine is applied before a storm on the main highways, bridges, hills, and curves in the city. Initially, staff manually mixed salt brine for use on city streets. In 2021, the City completed an expansion of the Community Services shop. This expansion included a salt brine mixing and storage area to increase efficiency and accuracy in creating and loading the brine. Trucks are calibrated on an annual basis. The City continues to upgrade equipment such as spray bars, brine tanks, variable speed controllers, and electronic calibration for anti-icing and salt reduction as trucks are due for replacement.
