Tina Caron is an award winning professional Portrait Photographer and Mixed Media Artist located in Keller, Texas. She will be your trusted advisor throughout the creative process. From the initial consultation to the placement of art in your home, every detail will be carefully and thoughtfully managed for an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Serving the DFW metroplex and beyond for over 7 years, Tina's specialties include business portraits and personal branding, maternity, newborn, and children's portraits. She is uniquely skilled in both photographic and painterly portraiture, as well as fine art works including pets and animals. Tina has earned the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) credential from Professional Photographers of America (PPA), and her Master of Photography degree with PPA. She is currently working toward her Master Artist degree as well. These distinctions are a mark of technical and creative excellence, both of which work together to establish her position in the field of professional photography. Originally from New England, Tina has been a North Texas resident for over 13 years. There are sessions that stay with me long after the camera is put away. This was one of them.

I won't share all of the story because some chapters deserve to be held gently by the people living them. But I will share this:

I witnessed a kind of love that just hit me deeply. The kind that leans closer when life becomes uncertain, choosing presence over fear. The kind of love that quietly says, ๐˜ช๐˜ง ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ง๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ, ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ธ๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ญ ๐˜ด๐˜ฑ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ฆ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜บ ๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ค๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ด ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ.

This session was created in a season no family ever wants to face, and yet what I remember most is not sadness. It was the steady, tender, fierce way this couple and the family surrounding them showed their love.

We spend so much of life believing there will be more time. More birthdays, more ordinary evenings. More chances to finally schedule those photos.

But sometimes life changes the story without warning. We may not know when a chapter will end, but we can choose to honor it while we are still living it.

Because it is never ๐™Ÿ๐™ช๐™จ๐™ฉ a picture.

Several years ago in a Zumba class I met this fun, energetic young woman who danced her heart out in every class. We got to know each other a bit over time, and I watched her dance her way through multiple pregnancies. Always amazed me how she could be days from delivery and still sweat it out in a Zumba class!

I had the privilege of making her sweet Perrin's newborn photos in 2017 and since then I've watched her and her family navigate loss and joy in equal measure. They have handled unimaginable loss with faith, grace, and courage, and continued to grow their family. They may have thought Jovi Hope would be the baby forever, but one more little love has arrived!

I had the honor of making newborn photos for their beautiful new daughter. She was a dream in the studio, sleeping most of the time. I simply wanted to make some beautiful newborn photos, but when I heard her birthstone is Amethyst and her middle name is Iris, well let's just say I may have gone a little overboard. I'll have more to share soon, but for now, let's welcome Nova Iris in all her newborn perfection!

This is not a cliche "new year, new headshot" message. It is an invitation to pause and ask a more useful question:
