This is just a little update for my past, current, & future clients!

I have gone through my website & all social media platforms and pulled down any content with identifiable kiddos faces. This will be a permanent change on my page when it comes to littles.

I saw another photographer post that she would be keeping her posts up and that this movement is “performative” and symbolic. To that I say we all do what we can. I am a mom first and the internet is a scary place. I don’t want parents and families to feel they need to approach me and ask me not to share their littles faces.

In the past two years, this has been a huge trend I have noticed with my clients anyway. I have always honored clients requests when it comes to whether or not they are comfortable with photos and BTS content being shared. That being said I have personally had crazy mom anxiety about forgetting and posting the wrong session and NOT honoring my clients request by mistake.

This change takes that thought out of it for me completely 🤷‍♀️.

So feel free to call it performative but there’s plenty of sessions I have shot and photos I have taken that don’t require your littles faces being shared that I can post to promote my work.

I’m a mom first and my kiddos & your kiddos will always be my priority. I will still be taking on all the fam sessions my schedule will allow!

Literally nothing with my sessions will be changing other than all galleries will now come with a private password & I will be limiting what is shared on socials!
