Let’s be 💯 honest — photoshoots with children are never as calm and coordinated as Pinterest makes them look. You imagine angelic smiles, matching outfits, and that perfect golden-hour glow… but somehow, you end up with awkward half smiles, silly faces, repetitive blinking, and sometimes an unplanned tickle fight. 😂

But that’s the beauty of it! The chaos, the laughter, and the total unpredictability are exactly what make these moments so real — and so funny. In the end, the bloopers are the best part. Sure, you’ll treasure the perfectly posed family portrait, but the silly faces, snack breaks, and spontaneous giggles? Those are the memories that make you laugh years later. King George Animal Rescue League is in desperate need of fosters. Photography has always been one of my many passions but animals are the truest way to my heart! I am one of the few dog fosters with KGARL and can tell you the need is HUGE for more. Please consider becoming a foster, it truly is an amazing experience to help these babies.
