Feeling like your nervous system needs a reboot?

This sound bath will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready for whatever comes next!

Immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls. Listening to 432hz healing frequencies can promote deep relaxation, improve sleep, reduce pain, relieve stress, calm anxiety, and promote overall well-being. Metal tuning forks will also be used to balance the energetic centers that exist within your body. You will leave the studio in a state of pure bliss!

This time of year can bring so much love & joy into your life, but it can also bring many overwhelming feelings that can seem too heavy to carry...

Feeling the stress of the holiday season? Feeling overwhelmed by all of the obligations and extra activities? Maybe you are experiencing grief of the loss of a loved one? Maybe you just need a place to lay down the burden and relax for a moment?

Sound healing is a wonderful way to bring your body back into a state of equilibrium, promoting peace and allowing your nervous system to reset.

Join me this Friday (12/12) for a deeply relaxing sound bath in our himalayan salt cave where you'll be able to experience the many benefits of halotherapy (salt) paired with the powerful healing frequencies of my instruments while "floating" in a zero gravity chair!

Immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls made out of quartz and tuned to 432hz. Listening to this healing frequency can promote deep relaxation, improve sleep, reduce pain, relieve stress, calm anxiety, and promote overall well-being. I will be hosting my next Soulshine Sound Sessions on Monday, 5/5 at 6pm! 💗

This deeply relaxing sound session will take place in our halotherapy (salt) room! Sound therapy is an ancient healing technique that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote the body's ability to heal itself by stimulating your immune system. Your body will sync with the healing frequencies of 432hz allowing it to find balance and ultimate relaxation!

This is in addition to the sessions and monthly events that I already offer at EDENOLOGY and will allow me the opportunity to connect with the wonderful people who live in the Northern part of Colorado Springs!
