🌧️🌈 There is beauty in both the light and the dark.

Yin and yang remind us that opposing energies can exist together, not as something to fight, but as something to balance.

The same feels true within us. Our shadows, our light, our energy, our chakras, all parts of us asking to be seen, felt, and brought back into alignment.

I’ve been moving through a darker space lately, and I’m learning that healing isn’t about escaping the darkness.

It’s about finding balance within it.

Allowing the light back in.
Making space for both.
Coming back into alignment with myself. 🌈✨

Maybe the rainbow isn’t a reminder that the storm never happened. Maybe it’s a reminder that light can still exist within it.

I’ve been seeing a lot of hummingbirds lately. ♥️
Yesterday I had a reiki session with another practitioner and there was a hummingbird that came towards the window.

🐦✨ Hummingbirds are a beautiful reminder that even the smallest beings can carry powerful energy. They symbolize joy, resilience, transformation, and following the sweetness of life. If you keep seeing one, maybe it’s a little reminder to slow down, trust, and let more light in. 💚✨
