I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page, signed model release or not.Recent legal rulings regarding the private possession of AI-generated content involving fictional or altered depictions of children highlight a severe gap in how digital privacy is regulated. If public laws and social media frameworks cannot adequately safeguard our children from how advanced AI technologies can scrape, manipulate, and misuse their likenesses, then I feel a personal and professional responsibility to do my part to protect them.I always strive to run my business with transparency, ethics, and a dedication to doing what is right. The safety and privacy of your children and my clients will always come before the online marketing or social media visibility of my business.Moving forward, client galleries will continue to be delivered securely and privately as always. I've been on View Bug for a long time, mainly to get inspiration,learn from other photographers and grow my craft. I got this notification this morning, which was very unexpected! Not only was it a suprise, but it is even better that it was one of my Dawn's Delight images during Balloon Fiesta 2024, shot completley in manual mode. My username is eamanfredi on View Bug if anybody is intrestead in seeing more.

Hello Capturing the Memories Family! Due to some things that have been going on behind the scenes, there will be a rebrand coming soon; along with this, the Etsy shop will soon reopen to align with this rebrand. Thank you for all your continued support and motivation as I work to find balance among family life, my daytime job, and my side hobbies. .

Happy New Year, friends!
I just want to take a moment to thank you all for the incredible support and patience you’ve shown as I navigated my first year of motherhood, it truly means so much to me!
After a lot of thought and reflection, I’ve realized that my full-time job and my little family need most of my time and attention right now. With that in mind, here’s what’s next for Capturing the Memories:

I’ll be leaning into the hobby side of photography, shooting for fun and sprinkling in a few sessions and print sales when the opportunity feels right.
My Etsy shop will be on pause for now.
I’ll still take on a few personal mini sessions here and there, so if you’d love some updated photos, please reach out, I would love to work with you!
If you’re interested in purchasing a print, I’d be happy to work out the details with you directly.
