Our Colorado weather has not made it seem so, but it is CHRISTMAS!

You can no doubt feel the glee come over you when you think about waking up on Christmas day... you close your eyes and you can picture where the tree is, you know that the gifts are there, you can vividly see the wrapping paper, you can't wait to run to them so you can receive them... now you know how the shepherds must have felt as the angel spoke to them of the birth of Jesus Christ. They knew where He would be, they could picture the swaddling clothes, they couldn't wait to see the Saviour! Jesus came as God's gift to the world, free to all who would receive. What a joyous season to pause, reflect, and soak in the peace and hope that came with the birth of God's only begotten Son!

May we all come together tomorrow at 4:30 PM for a candlelight service in celebration of the greatest Gift ever given! It promises to be a beautiful night of praise and worship in the house of God, so please join us!

Recently took some new headshots/self portraits since I don't often get in front of the camera, but my resume called for an updated photo.... or maybe the sole purpose of the photo was to use for the AI christmas photo trend.... I guess we will never know!

The only thing is that the AI photo did give me a major haircut, but when I looked back at the reference photo I gave it, I can't fault that either because my hair was cut off in the reference photo 😅😅

This will always be one of my favorite shots 😍

How amazing is God that in each and every season of life, He already knows the when, how, why, and if.... such comfort that we can have faith that He will abide by His every word!

Our faith in God is strengthened by His mysterious ways.

🚦 He lights the path before you, but doesn't give you the map.

⏳️ He gives you promises, but doesn't give you a timeline.

🧱 He gives you the materials, but doesn't give you the blueprints.

🧩 He gives you the pieces, but doesn't show the cover of the box.

God desires an unshakable relationship with you. He knows if you had all the answers that you would be fearful, impatient, greedy, overwhelmed, worried, devastated.... but He is merciful in his withholding. Through your trust in Him, He will reveal to you each piece so that when the picture is completed, you will see the beautiful masterpiece He has created. So Church, keep God in the center of your focus always and remember that He loves you!

Please join us tomorrow at the church for the Son's of Daniel prayer meeting at 9 AM and the weekly soul-winning meeting following after at 10 AM. Let's go out into our city and help lost souls come to Jesus so they may find the answers and direction they've been looking for in their wandering. See you there!

A handful of images from a recent session with a beautiful couple who were commemorating their elopement 😍

These photos were taken in Palmer Lake, Colorado with the fall colors coming out to play - which never fails to be a beautiful sight. Join me in congratulating these two on their marriage!
