One of life’s greatest pleasures as a photographer is watching the littles grow up. I took photos of this family last year, when there was only one kiddo. I’m calling this one… “Third time’s the charm.”

Due to the poor weather in Colorado these past few weeks, rainstorms and thunder clouds forced us to reschedule this maternity shoot twice. We knew this third session had to be the one because Brian would be deploying the very next day… so did it rain? Yes. But, we waited it out and after 15 minutes, the rain stopped and we were finally able to take these beautiful photos.

Congratulations to this sweet couple! It was an honor. 🤍

One year down, a lifetime to go. Happy Anniversary to these two! 💍

These two flew in for the weekend, a quick getaway to celebrate their first year of marriage. Colorado decided to give us snow, harsh winds, and cloudy skies during their visit, but this couple smiled in the face of bad weather. (They actually wanted snow because come on… snow fall during your anniversary pictures?!😍) Unfortunately, the snow decided to take a pause during this session.. but the photos still came out beautifully.

To love, laughter and happily ever after. 💍

Zach reached out to me and asked if I could take pictures of him and his girlfriend at Garden of the Gods. He was going to ask her to marry him.

I immediately said yes!

We planned to meet at the Siamese Twins before sunset. But what I had not planned for was the different paths one can take to get to the spot. I started to get nervous… what if they came from the other side? What if I missed them completely? I started walking around the rock, keeping an eye out, and just when I thought I was going to fail… there was Jasmine standing above me.

I “acted” as a tourist and began taking pictures of the mountains. I got where I needed to be, looked up at Zach, gave him the thumbs up, and… show time. 🤩

A huge congratulations to these two!! I cannot wait to see what your future holds. Cheers!!
