Spring love in the woods just hits different 🌿✨

I've been away for a bit, but ’m back with the sweetest reminder of why I love photographing couples in this season. The air is soft, everything is starting to bloom, and you can feel the excitement of what’s ahead.

These two spent their session laughing, running through the trees, and completely forgetting the camera was there — the kind of love that makes my job the best job.

Hey, friends! I have some exciting news 💞. I love being able to plan out all of the colors, decor and details when I'm creating an experience for my couples. A few months ago I had the opportunity to Style and Photograph an Elopement Inspired Editorial Session at a venue in Charlotte. Our forest ceremony site was the perfect backdrop — a private, tree-lined haven that feels like it’s miles away from everything, yet is easily accessible (no hiking shoes required!).

Happy Friday, everyone 🎉! For those who are new here, my name is Tracee Gadson with Gadson Photography and Design. I've been wanting to make this post for a while but couldn't seem to come up with the right words. This Summer marks 25 Years since I started on this journey of photographing couples in love 💕🎉💕! 25 years ago, before I picked up a camera and photographed my first couple (pictured on the next slide) I had never even thought about becoming a wedding photographer! But God had other plans 🙏🏾.

From film to digital, looking at my work now, I am humbled to see how far I've come. I'm so grateful for every beautiful couple that has trusted me with their memories along the way and every couple I'll get to serve in the years to come 🥰.
