1. FAA Compliance
Elevation 33 operates in full compliance with FAA regulations. All drone pilots are certified under Part 107 and follow federal and local airspace restrictions. Flights are conducted with appropriate permissions and in accordance with safety protocols.
2. Privacy Commitment
We respect the privacy of our clients and their properties. No footage or images will be shared publicly without written consent. We do not collect personal data unless voluntarily provided by users (e.g., through messages, booking requests, or forms).
3. Content Ownership
All images, videos, and content shared by Elevation 33 are the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise noted. Clients who purchase drone services will receive a license to use delivered media for personal or commercial purposes, but Elevation 33 retains original copyrights unless a full buyout is agreed upon in writing.
4. Client Media Use
By hiring Elevation 33, you consent to our use of project footage for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to delivery.
5. Liability
Elevation 33 is insured and takes every precaution to operate safely. However, we are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues. Clients will be notified immediately of any such issues and offered alternative solutions.
6. Contact & Booking
All service inquiries, quotes, and bookings should be initiated via Messenger, email, or phone. Quotes provided are valid for 14 days and subject to change based on project scope.
