One of the sweetest parts of this job is getting to see families again as the years go by. 💛

This was my third session with this wonderful family, and getting to watch their little girl grow from baby to smiley, giggly toddler has been such a joy. Every session feels a little different as kids grow into their personalities — and this week, she brought so many laughs, smiles, and happy little moments with her.

This session was short, simple, and full of the kind of moments I know parents want to remember years from now: tiny hand-holding walks, big toddler grins, being tossed in the air by dad, and all the in-between sweetness that makes this stage so special.

Thank you guys for continuing to trust me to document your family through all these seasons. It truly means so much. 💛

Big congratulations to Ande and Anna on graduating from Mizzou this weekend! 🎓💛🐾

These two are headed off to become veterinarians, and after spending an evening with them for their grad session, it’s pretty easy to see they’re going to do amazing things. They brought so much joy, energy, and genuine friendship into this session ... and of course Lemon completely stole a few scenes too. 🐶

Graduation weekends always feel a little emotional in the best way. So much hard work, late nights, growth, change, and excitement all wrapped into one milestone moment.

To Ande and Anna - congratulations on everything you’ve accomplished and everything that’s ahead of you!

There’s something extra special about delivering a newborn gallery the day before Mother’s Day. 💛

Tiny toes, sleepy snuggles, proud parents, and all those little in-between moments that already feel unforgettable. This sweet family met me at Shelter Gardens for an outdoor newborn session, and the soft spring light could not have been more perfect for welcoming their newest little love.

One of my favorite things about lifestyle newborn sessions is how relaxed they feel — no pressure for everything to be perfectly posed. Just connection, cuddles, and the beginning of a brand new chapter together.

Congratulations to this sweet couple on their engagement 💛

We lucked out with one of those early spring days where everything is just starting to wake up again—soft greens, warm light, and that perfect in-between season that doesn’t last nearly long enough.

They made my job easy. So relaxed, so natural, and just genuinely fun to be around. These are the kinds of sessions that remind me how simple and meaningful this can be.

Spring is finally starting to show up, and it’s one of my favorite times to photograph 🌿

The trees are turning green, the light is softer, and everything just feels a little more alive again. It’s that sweet spot before the summer heat kicks in—when kids are happy, colors are fresh, and we can actually enjoy being outside for a session.

A quick heads up—I’ll be heading into maternity leave this summer, so I’ll only be scheduling sessions through mid-June this year.

I have an exciting personal update to share 🤍

Baby #2 is on the way, and we’re expecting in July!

This season has already been such a sweet mix of excitement, planning, and soaking in these last few months as a family of three. It’s also been a really meaningful reminder of just how quickly these seasons pass—which, as you can imagine, hits a little close to home as a photographer.

Because of that, I’ll be stepping away for maternity leave this summer. If you’ve been thinking about scheduling a session this year, I’d truly love to see you before I take that time to be home with our new little one.

My calendar is currently open through mid-June, and I’ll be wrapping up sessions shortly after 🤍
