Well Friends and Family
We went to the ortho today and Seth needs a knee procedure done. Insurance isn’t covering any of it. We cannot cover the full amount.
Beyond the medical side, this has taken a toll on him emotionally. His confidence has dropped, and the sport he loves, basketball, has become harder and harder for him to enjoy. Anyone that knows Seth and has watched him play basketball from day one can see he is suffering. He had confidence, he played so well. He has always put in the work and the effort. He has done physical therapy multiple times, hes had knee injections, he has done all the workouts and pushed himself. I want to give him the best possible future, both with basketball and in life (daily activities that are hard for him because of his knee).
This procedure could give him relief in daily life, restore his confidence, and get him back out on the court for his senior year of high school.
As uncomfortable as it is, I am asking for your help!
