Booking Policy:
A non-refundable retainer fee is due at booking, in order to secure your Photo Session date and time. Price may be subject to change due to type of photography needs. Cancellation Policy:
All clients understand that by entering into any booking contract, the photographer (Elizabeth Grace) is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the po

rtrait session/agreement by the client(s), the deposits paid are non-refundable. However, deposits ARE Transferable if a date change is necessary. Seventy-two hours (72) / three days (3) notice of postponements or cancellations or more, is highly appreciated. There is a $250 Cancelation Fee. There is a $125 Rescheduling Fee. Definitions of Cancelation:
1. A complete Cancelation in which CLIENT decides to forgo the SHOOT and will not reschedule.
2. CLIENT is more than 15 minutes late to the SHOOT.
3. If CLIENT cancels or needs to reschedule with less than 72 hours (3 Days) notice.
3.1 EXCEPTIONS: Medical or Family Emergencies ONLY.
4. Client will have 2 chances to reschedule, if communication about necessary rescheduling is given at least 1 week in advance. CLIENT may Reschedule 1 time and this is Complimentary. Reschedule #2 will incur a $125 Rescheduling Fee.
5. If CLIENT fails to show for Rescheduled SHOOT #2, CLIENT will be charged the $250 Cancelation Fee.
6. CLIENT must put a debit or credit card on file with PHOTOGRAPHER.
