Since it’s been so hot this week, I’ve found myself reminiscing about our resident owls and their daily visits this spring. 🦉 Seeing them every day never got old. Each visit felt like a little gift and always brought a smile to my face. I’m still in awe of these incredible birds and so grateful I got to witness such a special season with them. The wonder never wore off, and I already can’t wait for next year’s visitors.

Ohhh my heart! Tiny hands, so fresh, and the sweetest little love. 🥹

I’m so grateful I was able to capture a friend’s sweet baby and be part of this beautiful season of life with their family.

They wanted a laid-back session with simple photos to capture this stage of life, and I think we did just that. The whole session was calm and relaxed—and their sweet baby slept almost the entire time.

I truly love documenting your families and watching them grow. It is such a blessing and an honor to serve you from behind the camera. Thank you to all my families that have allowed me to be apart of your family in this way. 🤍📸

It’s like a gift every time I see one in our backyard. It never gets old. 💙

These beautiful Eastern Bluebirds have been visiting our yard, and it looks like they’re nesting here this spring. I’m so hopeful we’ll get to see some tiny babies soon! Watching creation wake up again after winter it’s such an amazing experience to watch.

If you’ve never watched bluebirds raise their young, it’s the sweetest reminder of new life and fresh beginnings. 🌿

I’ll be honest — I wasn’t pleased with how the first picture turned out.

But knowing what I know now… I see the bigger message.

Two pictures. A few days apart.

Sometimes all we see are branches.
We squint. We wonder. We question what’s even there.

In seasons when God feels quiet, the view feels obstructed and we can’t make sense of what He’s doing…

in the waiting…
in the stillness…
that’s often when clarity comes.

The owl was always there.
The plan was always in motion.
We just couldn’t see it yet.

Spring is springing, friends! Can you guess what’s springing up? 🤍🫶🏻💛

After a heavy nights rain and the warmer weather, spring life is coming to life right in my front yard and yours and a beautiful morning kissed us with the sun! It’s so rejuvenating! I really enjoy walking the neighborhood and seeing all the beautiful spring flowers blooming.
