So much fun capturing Cassidy’s senior session at The Ohio State University. It may not have been a game day at the stadium, but she brought all the energy (and a champagne pop!). Wishing her all the best as she embarks on this new journey to becoming a PA. I have no doubt she’s going to do amazing things!

Last November I did some senior photos for Pete, who was a student of my sister’s many years ago. If he was nervous for the session, he certainly didn’t show it. In fact, he had some pose ideas of his own which is always fun for me. After all, these shoots are about showing off your unique personality and style. Pete impressed me with his knowledge of music, especially some of the older stuff. I’m talking Beatles, James Taylor, he really knew his stuff and some of that music happened to be playing out loud at a house nearby which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed our little stroll around German village and am so glad I got to be a little part of his senior year.

Warm weather has been popping up here and there which means busy season is right around the corner. Which also means that I need to do a better job of sharing all of the beautiful and fun people I got to work with last year. And with that, behold the Clark family. I love it when kids suggest their own family poses, they always produce the most genuine smiles ❤️

How perfect is my dear friend and her family?! The kids were just a dream to work with and they gave me the best smiles just like their mom and dad. I love how these photos turned out and I love this fam even more.

The holidays are officially over but we’ve still got our tree up over here and plan to for at least another week (yes, we’re those people 🙃), so figure I might as well keep sharing some of my favorite holiday minis. I first met .ann10 when she reached out for maternity photos, and here we are, years later, Courtney and Travis have 3 year old Kaia and I’ve gotten to watch her grow up in front of my camera. She always brings the energy, cutest smile and the best hugs. I’m also told that she does a pretty good impression of “Ms. Becca” as she walks around the house clicking her imaginary camera button telling her parents to “say cheese!” I get to work with the best families 🥰

It’s hard to believe 2025 is just a few days away and I still have so many sessions to share. The Steele family set the bar real high when they showed up for my holiday mini sessions dressed to the nines. I couldn’t get enough of Ruby’s red velvet bell bottoms and big brother Harvey’s hair (please don’t ever cut it 😜). This family has always been so easy to photograph because they genuinely have the best time together and it shows.

I had my last session of the year today with one of my favorite families which happens to include this little guy. These photos are from Kaden’s 2 year birthday session just a few months ago when we had the best time running around, riding bikes and playing peek-a-boo. This morning’s session featured his new baby sister and Kaden in the role of big brother. I even got some hugs from my little buddy throughout the morning. Can’t wait to start editing 🥰

Every session is different. Sometimes kids need a few minutes to warm up to me, sometimes they need a good old fashioned sugar bribe, and other times they’re like Donovan and they understand the assignment. From the minute the Smith family showed up they were all smiles and so much fun to photograph. Donavan had the best time playing with his parents and was such a trooper in the chilly weather. I loved spending a little part of the evening with you and your sweet family 🥰

It’s pretty rare that I do a newborn session outside, but for the Spanski family I couldn’t have imagined doing it anywhere else. We had so much fun at their favorite park just across the street from their house. Big sis Nora immediately wanted to go down the slide and dance while little Olivia slept peacefully through it all, even cracking a smile or two. I love this little family so much. Congrats on your newest addition 🥰

The Armstrong fam ❤️ One of my all-time favorite families. .a.armstrong I’ve told you this time and time again, but you two are doing something right. You and your kiddos make me so happy and I always leave our sessions feeling energized and my face hurts from smiling. Thanks for always trusting me with your memories.

How is it November already? It’s been a busy fall season with beautiful weather and the sweetest clients and there’s nothing that makes my photographer heart happier than when those clients invite me back to document their memories. you have the cutest kiddos and I just loved capturing their fun personalities and dance moves!
