Not a single one of these photos were apart of a timeline. Not one photo was on the desired portrait list.

They just happened. Grandparents & family members passing around old photos at dinner. Hugs and tears over a family members passing. A bride greeting her grandfather, who she loves deeply. A groomsman with no sole on his shoe. Rain… all day long.

You can’t anticipate any of that. It just happens. That’s what makes wedding days so special.

So much of what couples see on Instagram and portfolios are the perfect, flawless portraits. What they don’t always see are these moments. The in-between.

These are the memories that make a wedding day 🤍

I’m hosting fall minis on October 11th, 2026 in Westerville, Ohio. This is perfect for families hoping to get some quick, easy photos to hang on the wall, use as holiday cards, and keep in the photo albums. Seniors, couples, etc are also welcome to book a spot!

When: Sunday, October 11, 2026
Time: 20 min slots from 4-6:30pm
Where: Innis Woods Metro Gardens
Who: Anyone!!
Theme: Tall pines, fall vibes- natural and simple
What: 20 minutes, 15+ digital images, 2 week turnaround time, 1 outfit
Cost: $200, $50 due at booking to reserve a spot

I was looking through my older galleries and found this gem from last fall 🍂

Angie, Eric and I were in the midst of a beautiful fall session when a big storm rolled in. Leaves were falling from all the trees + we ended up drenched by the end.

As much as I love summer, I am eager to put my fall sweaters + jeans on and go on a walk through the fields 🤩
