I’ve been teaming up with to create some art, and honestly it’s been good. 😍 Feed the soul kind of good.
They’ve given me full reign to just do my thing 👏👏 I’ve been wandering Franklinton with my medium format, Holga, and 35mm, capturing residents, long standing buildings, and city moments as I find them. I want to tell this neighborhood’s story, especially since that’s where these images will live.
Huge thanks to , genealogist at , for all the building recs and history, to the humans I’ve captured so far, and to for walking the streets with me and being my forever hype queen.
Here’s one frame from a 35mm roll I film souped (hot water, lemon, turmeric, dish soap, then letting it sit overnight before developing). A little messy, a little magic. 🌞
