There are some sessions that mean more than photographs ever could. This was one of them. 💙
One month ago, our sweet grandson Ty came into this world and very quickly gave all of us quite a scare. His first days weren’t what any of us had imagined, and before long we learned that he had Hirschsprung’s disease.
Today, I’m so thankful to say that this little guy is doing wonderfully. He’s gaining weight, growing just as he should, and getting cuter by the day. 🥹 His surgery is scheduled in the next couple of months, and until then we’re simply enjoying watching him grow and soaking up every moment with him.
As his Gigi, I already treasure every one of these images. And as a photographer, having the privilege of capturing my own grandson during this tiny, fleeting newborn stage is something incredibly special to me.
Someday these photographs will help tell him the story of just how loved he was from the very beginning—and how many people were cheering him on before he was even a month old.
