Quite simply, I take pictures.

I specialize in documenting weddings, lifestyle sessions, and family portraits in a natural and candid way. I'm the girl to hire if taking photos seems like a chore (or worse-- gives you anxiety!). I make my clients feel comfortable with fun prompts, a ton of compliments, and every once in a while encouraging alcohol consumption to take the nerves away. My approach to weddings is about 25% posed (

You don’t need a degree to be a good photographer. You really don’t need a degree to become a professional photographer. The most important advice I’ve learned during my career is to stay curious and learn from studying people who you aspire to be like and practicing every day. Get criticism from someone who you respect. Make lots of mistakes and move forward from the lesson. Don’t stop challenging yourself. Find the light or create it yourself.
