One thing I always hear from first time clients is, “Wait… we’re already done?!”
When you book a 30, 45, or 60 minute session with me, that’s simply the amount of time I have reserved for you. It doesn’t mean we’ll necessarily be shooting that entire time.
I shoot pretty fast. (If you’ve been here awhile you know this haha) A 30 minute session may only take 15 minutes, a 45 minute session may take around 20 minutes, and a 60 minute session may only take about 30 minutes. But I’ve been doing this for a long time and can move through poses, prompts, and different combinations quickly without making it feel rushed. And sometimes when you get your gallery back you’ll see different images and think “whoa I didn’t realize she got that!” And no, you’re not getting less photos because of the time.. Most galleries end up with anywhere from 80-150 edited images, which is honestly kind of wild when you think about it. 😂 (and they always come in color and b+w)
I LOVE working this way with kids because let’s face it… kids get tired, distracted, hungry, hot, bored, or all of the above in about 10 minutes. Sometimes adults do too! So I keep things moving, keep everyone happy, and capture genuine emotion rather than drag a session out just because there’s still time left on the clock.
Of course though every session is different. Some kids need a little extra time to warm up, and sometimes we just end up having fun and taking our time but that’s why I reserve the full session length for you. My goal has always been simple: keep it fun, keep it stress free, and give you a gallery full of images you’ll love.
And if you’ve read this far… thank you. ♥️
Seriously, whether you’ve booked one session with me or twenty, I appreciate every single person who trusts me to capture their family, milestones, dancers, seniors, and all the little moments in between.
If you’ve had a session with me and enjoyed your experience, I’d love if you’d take a minute to leave a review. Reviews help future clients know what to expect, and they mean more to my small business than you probably realize.
Thank you for supporting Studio13Twelve and allowing me to do what I love. ♥️ (and all of you for pushing me to keep this business open when I’m my own worst enemy)
