Elders are essential. They are the library of knowledge by which information is passed down from generation to generation. They are the columns that stood strong through the test of time to insure a future for those that would come after them even long after they are gone. Elders are a symbol of times past not to be forgotten but to be remembered so that we can look, listen, and learn from their struggles and triumphs.
