It was the perfect day for a tea party themed wedding. Emma and Tys special day was truly one to remember. After having baby #2 I was slow moving to get ready the morning of the wedding. As soon as I arrived I was stunned by the beautiful, carefully selected China and tea dishes. The flowers were beautiful. The bride was even more beautiful! Struggling to write a caption right now as I hold my sick 10-month-old. I can’t help but think about the countless parents out there caring for sick children. I feel incredibly grateful for the ability to spend the day with Hazel in my arms. I truly love the flexibility I have to edit and work from home.
Now all I can do is hope and pray she doesn’t get sick on a wedding day! Haha. I’ve been asked this question many times, so I thought I would answer it here (it’s also in my contract, of course). In the event of an emergency circumstance where I’m unable to shoot, I have a list of trusted photographers with similar shooting styles who would step in to cover the wedding for me. I would still handle the editing.
This way, your wedding is still beautifully captured, and the pricing and contract details remain the same—with minimal stress!
