I will never regret the years that I taught because the relationships that I made then bring joy and smiles now. This little guy's mama was a middle school student whose smiles were hard won, but once they were won, we were in like Flynn! (This is a play on words because of where she works). It is also great to meet Jen's wife, Sarah.

For years, Clara was the little girl who danced with my daughters. How is it possible that she's ready to start her senior year of high school? She was an adorable little girl with a fun sense of humor and a drive to persevere. Now, she's a beautiful young lady with a heart of gold and the voice of an angel.

Thanks to Clara and her mom Ashley for our adventures yesterday to Sherman, Mayville, and Westfield. I'm still laughing about the flower field...
