Hey there! I’m Andi, the person behind the camera and if you’re a new follower, I’m so excited to have you here!
So, I recently decided it was time to update my headshots. Now, if I’m honest, I prefer being behind the camera rather than in front of it. It felt pretty awkward, but thankfully I had my amazing assistant Richard and hair & makeup pro to help me through it. After Julia worked her magic, I immediately felt more confident. It’s crazy what good Hair & Makeup can do! ✨
Turning 40 two years ago brought some changes, and I’ve had my ups and downs with self-acceptance. A thyroid issue last year made me lose half of my hair, which was a scary experience, and I know that a lot of you can relate to that.
But honestly, taking these photos reminded me how important it is to embrace ourselves as we are. I know I’ll look back in a few years and think, “Wow, I looked good,” just like I do with old photos now. There’s always something we don’t love about ourselves, but I’m working on loving me, flaws and all.
At the end of the day, this is what I do for a living! I know all the tricks with lighting, posing, hair & makeup, and of course, editing and I’m not afraid to use them! 😆

I’m working on some exciting things and can’t wait to share them with you. There are hundreds of images from last year that haven’t been published here yet. I’m hoping I can get to it soon because there are some pretty exciting ones in there… 😉
