Had so much fun shooting an Ayurvedic Milk+Cookies for the Heart event for my dear sister, Kate .love.ayurveda yesterday!✨🤍
We sipped on nourishing warm spiced milk elixirs that soothed our nervous systems and nibbled on delicious, wholesome holiday cookies supporting our digestion and energy. It was a beautiful heart centered afternoon enjoyed with a wonderful group of women.
Kristianne, thank you for hosting and opening up your gorgeous home to all of us. Can’t wait for the next one in the spring!
