I was guilty of it too.
Detailed shots are in the morning, right? I was so guilty of just giving myself only time to capture the details of the day in the morning when I first arrived on a Wedding day.
What I didn’t realize as I was missing out on so many incredible images and failing to give my brides and grooms the true feeling of their Wedding day that they created. The atmosphere changes, the mood becomes romantic, the lighting grows golden instead of stale; light changes everything so stop putting yourself in a box and only focusing on the detail shots when it’s convenient.
Candles don’t burn at 11am for a 6pm reception.
