Fun fact about Kennedy and I; we actually grew up doing gymnastics together, and the last time I was in Chicago, we were there competing side by side. Little did I know that trip would also be the place where I fell in love with photography. So standing there years later, documenting one of the biggest days of her life, felt like the sweetest full circle moment.
From the second I stepped off the plane, I never felt like “just the photographer.” I got to help put flowers together, spend the night before at their cocktail party, laugh with their people, and just exist in the moment with them. It felt warm, intentional, and so full of love.
The kind of love Noah and Kennedy have is the kind you can feel in every room they walk into. Soft, steady, and completely undeniable. Getting to witness it this closely was something I’ll never take for granted.
Some weddings are beautiful.
Some weddings feel like home.
