I have brought back the Photography Bucket List for 2026, and need your help crossing some sessions off my list. These bucket list sessions are rooted in real life, real places, real people and are the photos I dream of making.

• Older generations—the hands, the stories, the legacy�• Minnesota winters as they are: snow pants, red cheeks, ice fishing �• Families sharing a table at a brewery or lingering over coffee�• A day in the life of a farm family—the work, the rhythm, the pride
• Summer at the cabin—bare feet, dock jumps, slow evenings around a bonfire

These aren’t styled moments.�They’re lived-in ones.�The kind you don’t realize you’ll miss until years from now.

I am excited to share a new chapter for my photography journey!

I am honored to share that I will be volunteering my photography services for On Angels Wings, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide support to families who may lose a child at birth or have a child with a life threatening diagnosis.

Being able to use my creativity to support a cause that serves such a special community is something I’m deeply grateful for and one that I spent many hours reflecting on before applying for this role.

I am looking forward to sharing more of this new chapter of work with you all!

I had the best time capturing these senior photos! It may have been cloudy and chilly, but her energy was all sunshine. 🎓📸

There is something about this photo of my daughter that just stopped me in my tracks. I took this photo almost five years ago, but it’s not just a picture, it’s a feeling. A fleeting second that somehow holds a lifetime in my heart. I’ll never forget the way this moment felt, even now that she’s outgrown that clearance dress.

These moments are ones I want to capture for all families. I’m working on new sessions I want to offer, but at the core of every session, I just want to capture these moments that will bring you right back to a memory.

Also, if you like summer romance and photography, I highly recommend picking up a copy of One Golden Summer by Carley Fortune. I’ve read all of her books, but this one is definitely a favorite with all of the ties to photography and the photos I want to create.
