Wedding #3 of 3 this weekend 🤍✨

As I prepare for another beautiful wedding day, my heart is full of gratitude.

This season has been filled with love stories, long editing nights, wedding galleries, timelines, and all the little behind-the-scenes moments that come with serving my amazing couples.

Saturday, I have the honor of celebrating another bride and groom as they begin their marriage journey together, and I couldn't be more excited.

If you think about it, I'd appreciate your prayers this week. Pray for energy, motivation, creativity, and balance as I continue editing galleries, serving my couples well, and keeping up with all of life's everyday responsibilities.

Photography is so much more than taking pictures. It's preserving moments that become part of a family's history, and I never take that responsibility lightly.

Wedding #2 of 3 in a row 🤍✨

This weekend, I had the absolute joy of celebrating alongside Skyler & Chris Turbett as they began their next chapter together.

There is something incredibly special about witnessing two people stand before their family, friends, and God and promise forever.

The details were beautiful.
The emotions were real.
The love was undeniable.

But my favorite part wasn't the decorations or the timeline coming together perfectly.

It was the way they looked at each other.

The quiet smiles.
The happy tears.
The moments that said, "I choose you," without a single word being spoken.

Those are the moments that become part of a family's history.

As a wedding photographer, I never take for granted the privilege of being invited into one of life's most meaningful celebrations. Every wedding reminds me why I love what I do so much — preserving authentic moments and genuine connection.

This week has been full of long nights, full memory cards, coffee runs, gallery culling, timeline preparation, and getting everything ready for another beautiful wedding weekend 🤍✨

Behind every wedding gallery are thousands of tiny moments carefully sorted through by hand.

The joyful tears.
The nervous smiles.
The quiet in-between moments couples don’t even realize are happening.

And honestly… this part of the process is one of my favorites.

Because while I’m culling galleries, I get to relive the day all over again, every laugh, every prayer, every emotional moment that made their story unique.

There is something incredibly emotional about a bridal dress fitting 🤍

Months of planning. Dreaming. Preparing. Hoping. Waiting.

And then finally… the moment arrives when the bride gets to see herself in THE dress all over again.

The ladies gathered together once more to celebrate her, support her, and watch her step into this next season of life. After months of hard work and dedication to feeling her very best, Ashley walked out in her gown, absolutely glowing.

The room immediately filled with emotion.

Tears were shed. Smiles took over every face in the room. And Ashley herself looked completely overwhelmed seeing just how stunning she truly looked.

As a photographer, moments like this remind me why I love what I do so much.

It’s not just about photographing a dress. It’s about capturing the moment a bride finally sees herself the way everyone else already does. 100% beautiful, radiant, confident, and deeply loved.

💒🔔 The Bridal Shower🔔💒

One of my favorite parts about being a wedding photographer is getting the opportunity to tell the FULL story. Not just the wedding day itself 🤍

Before Ashley Nicole became a bride, there were so many beautiful moments leading up to it… including her bridal shower at DelMonaco Winery & Vineyards in Baxter, Tennessee.

The weather was absolutely perfect. The kind of day where you sip wine slowly, laugh a little louder, & soak in every second with the people you love most.

The ladies gathered together for brunch, sharing stories, playing games, celebrating Ashley, and preparing her heart for this next chapter of life.

And can we talk about the food for a second? If you ever visit DelMonaco Winery, you HAVE to try the French toast with berries. So good ✨

A close friend made the cake by hand and created the most beautiful flower arrangements for Ashley, making everything feel even more personal & meaningful.

But honestly… my favorite part was simply watching Ashley laugh.

The joy she carried that day was contagious. Every room she walked into felt lighter, warmer, happier.

These are the moments couples never want to forget years from now — the in-between memories before the wedding day arrives.

And I feel incredibly honored every time I get trusted to preserve them.

Today, I want to say THANK YOU to every military member, veteran, and family who has sacrificed so much for our freedom. Your service does not go unnoticed, and your bravery is deeply appreciated.

Freedom is something we often experience in the smallest moments:
✨ Wedding celebrations
✨ Dancing under sparkler exits
✨ Holding the people we love close
✨ Building a future together

And none of it would be possible without the sacrifice of those who served our country with courage and honor.

Today, I want to say THANK YOU to every military member, veteran, and & family who has sacrificed so much for our freedom. Your service does not go unnoticed, & your bravery is deeply appreciated.

As a photographer, I am constantly reminded how precious life’s moments truly are. Memorial Day is a reminder to hold those moments a little closer and never take them for granted.
