💜 The Story Behind the Name Jen Jen Photography 📸
Have you ever wondered how I got the name Jen Jen? Well, let me tell you the story behind it! 💜
When I was little and attending preschool, they would call the names of all the kids to see who was there. When they got to my name and called out “Jennifer,” I spoke up and said, “That’s not my name! My name is Jen Jen!” 😂💜
And just like that, the nickname Jen Jen stuck! Ever since that day, people have called me Jen Jen or simply Jen, and it has followed me throughout my life.
So, when I started taking pictures and began thinking about what to name my photography business, there was really only one name that felt right. ❤️📸

I wanted to use a name that was more than just a business name. It had to be something personal, something that meant a lot to me, and something that was a part of who I am.
That’s why hearing people call me “Jen Jen” means so much to me. It brings a smile to my face and makes me feel loved, welcomed, and appreciated. 🥹💜 It’s not just a nickname anymore. It has become part of my identity and the name behind the gift God gave me.
For 15 years, I’ve been using my camera to capture precious moments, tell stories through pictures, and preserve memories that people can cherish forever. 📸✨
My photography business may have started with a nickname, but it has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
Jen Jen is more than just a name. It’s a part of my story, my journey, my passion, and the person I am. 💜
