Whew…busy morning already! I have a plain loaf, a jalapeño cheddar loaf, and an order of cinnamon rolls bulk fermenting this morning. I am still trying to figure out the best way to get orders out in a timely manner. Sourdough is picky and so many steps. Thank you all for being so patient as I grow this little bakery.
