When you use Chat GPT to help visualize, but you count on The Pod to bring the real vision to life! šŖ Now, THATāS how to use AI!
In a world where AI is improving minute by minute, we as portrait photographers stop to ask ourselves, āwill portrait photography be replaced by AI?ā
And to a degree, it already is.
You can upload a basic selfie and ask AI to turn it into a business headshot.
You could tell it to put your family on a beach in Mexico.
Or even under the Eiffel Tower with zero tourists in the background.
You could probably even upload a professional photo from a photographer whose work you like and tell AI to put your child in the photo instead.
But hereās the thingā¦
None of that is real.
And if you want to do that for fun, by all means, play!! The technology is remarkable.
But the more we see, and the more fake it feels, we genuinely believe that nothing beats the real memories that get made.
And as things continue to change, we think that as a species, we are going to long for, and look for, that human touch. That real connection. When you look into the eyes of those photographs, thereās a real memory associated with who you and your family were at that time.
So, have fun with AI.
