An Extended Family Session on the south coast of Wales means we’re all in for a good time. I don’t make it a habit of directly asking for parenting advice from clients during shoots, but these exquisite humans made it the exception. Do I also want to go on their next family holiday with them? Yes, I do.

A lot of my job actually looks like this. I start in Lightroom to set the tone and rely on Photoshop to help me polish the frame. I can spend up to 45 minutes on one image in Photoshop, depending on what the client needs and/or asks for. The goal is to always bring the eye back to what’s important, your love. 🥳

I did two family giveaways last year - one for the U.K. and one for the U.S. Both turned out to be absolutely perfect. As I meet these growing families, I’m intentionally planning out my 2026. I’m reflecting on how ‘All of the Humans’ is evolving. I’m leaning further into what makes us human - vulnerability, our need and choice of privacy, and a brand-new way of telling your story while honouring your digital legacy. Even privately editing your gallery is becoming a hot topic among photographers. Creating while honouring? I know we can do both. ✨
