Photographing the senior recognition program for the NCL Highlander Chapter is always a highlight of my year! Every year I cry when they talk about how fast the time goes. 🩷 Hi! I’m seeing a lot of new faces here lately so I thought I would reintroduce myself and throw out an updated pic (since I’ve had clients tell me they’re looking for a brunette when meeting me for shoots 😬).

🩷 My name is Courtney Teesdale Graves - the owner and principal photographer of Courtney Teesdale Photography. Born and raised in Dallas with a DFW based studio, I primarily work with seniors, children and families but I also love photographing dancers, couples, newborns and branding content. I specialize in natural light photography but also enjoy studio lighting as well.

🩷 My love for photography began in college at Texas Tech University where I minored in photography while majoring in Art History. After graduation, I moved back home to Dallas and started working at an awesome studio.

🩷 My studio started Valentine’s Day in 2015, the same year I married the love of my life and turned 30. (And bought our first house)

🩷 Here we are 10 years and 3 daughters later! Entering my 40s with the best family, friends and associates along side me. And I’ve been lucky to work with some of the most amazing families in DFW and I’m forever grateful to capture seniors during such a special time in their lives. Thanks for stopping by and allowing me to continue doing what I love!
