Firm believer that you’ve never truly experienced a proper henna until you’ve been to a Palestinian (mainly) all girls henna. The energy is unmatched and filled with laughter, joy, and so much love. There’s something so meaningful about those moments before everyone hits the dance floor. Earlier in the night, I captured her mom giving her gold with tears in their eyes, and later the bride told me that when she was little, she was heartbroken after outgrowing that same bracelet. Her mom had secretly resized it so she could wear it again on her henna day. It’s the little things like this that make these nights feel so special♥️
